Welcome to SelfFit! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SelfFit. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of our store, website, and all related Services provided by SelfFit, powered by Shopify.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy . If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Age & Account Responsibility

You must be 18 or over to use our Services.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity under it.
All information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete.

2. Products & Accuracy

Product descriptions are made in good faith but may vary slightly due to device display, manufacturing, or supplier differences.
SelfFit is not responsible if product results differ from expectations.
Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.

3. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; orders are not accepted until SelfFit confirms acceptance.
Review orders carefully; cancellation after acceptance may not be possible.
Purchases must be for personal use, not for resale.

4. Prices & Payment

Prices include applicable taxes but exclude shipping unless stated.
Payment details must be accurate; you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
Errors in pricing or product details may be corrected; we will notify you if your order cannot be fulfilled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to suppliers, carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
For dropshipping, some products may ship from overseas; we will communicate expected delivery times.

6. Returns & Refunds (UK Compliance)

You have a 14-day cancellation right under UK consumer law.
You then have a further 14 days to return goods.
Refunds for cancelled orders must include standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receipt of the returned item or proof of return.
Faulty or damaged items are covered under UK law; you may request repair, replacement, or refund.
You are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns unless stated otherwise.

We may provide access to third-party tools “as-is”.
We have no control or liability for third-party tools.
Use them at your own risk and review third-party terms.

9. Shopify Relationship

SelfFit operates the store; Shopify provides the platform.
All transactions are between you and SelfFit. Shopify is not responsible for your orders.

10. Feedback & Submissions

Any feedback or content you submit may be used by us globally, royalty-free.
You guarantee you have rights to submit it, and it does not violate third-party rights.

11. Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

We may correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or promotions.
We reserve the right to cancel orders if information is incorrect.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services for:

Unlawful or harmful purposes
Infringing intellectual property
Harassment, abuse, or misleading others
Uploading viruses or malicious code
Spamming, phishing, or scraping

13. Termination

We may terminate your access for breaches.
Rights and obligations that naturally survive termination will remain in effect.

UK statutory rights are not affected.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by UK law, SelfFit and Shopify are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
